Introduction to the Alcyon’s Library for ANT NanoSOI^TM

Applied Nanotools and Alcyon Photonics have joined forces to enhance the user experience and offer a powerful product portfolio. The Alcyon's Library for ANT NanoSOI^TM offers the users a collection of high performance building blocks, with components that attain broad bandwidths and efficient polarization control while maintaing feature sizes according to fabrication standards. The Alcyon's Library for ANT NanoSOI^TM contains a set of validated devices covering from basic functionalities (tapers, s-bends, waveguide routing…) to complex devices such as mode and polarization division multiplexers, broadband directional couplers and polarization beam splitters.

The user can find in this document in depth data showing the building blocks performance as well as a user guide to succesfully send the chip with the Alcyon building blocks to fabrication.
