Maturity level

The maturity level of the building blocks refers to the development stage of the device, indicating its level of reliability, stability and completeness of the information offered to the users.

I: device designed and simulated with FDTD tools.

II: device designed and simulated with FDTD tools, including a Monte Carlo analysis to assess its robustness against fabrication deviations.

III-a: device designed and simulated with FDTD tools as well as experimentally validated.

III-b: device designed and simulated with FDTD tools, including a Monte Carlo analysis to assess its robustness against fabrication deviations as well as experimentally validated.
